Body Wisdom:
A guide to connecting with your intuitive self

A creative collaboration with movement facilitator and mutli-modal artist, Cathy Williams. I brought Cathy's fun vision to life from concept to finished artwork. The body of work included a paperback, hardcover and an interactive eBook, as well as exhibition elements for the book launch. The concept was to portray a softness, artistic look full of vibrant colour, with each chapter having its own theme. Almost as if to take the reader on a journey of connecting to their Intuitive Self. 

This book won first place at the 2024 Reader's Digest self-published book awards in the Self Help category.
